ABOUT ME

I began my Real Estate career in late 1999 and have been licensed as a REALTOR® since August 2000.  Prior to that, I worked in secretary/admin and human resources positions at Harris Corporation in Melbourne, FL.

Residential Selling or Buying?  I work the Brevard County (Florida's Space Coast) area.  I love helping people through the process, making it as easy as possible for them and keeping it as stress-free as I can.  With my recent course completions - SRES® - I am more qualified to help those people aged 50+ with their real estate choices being impacted by life stages; and FMS® - I can help many active military, reservists, military retirees and their families at or near Patrick Air Force Base, Florida, find the right financing and/or give guidance with home renovations or home purchase.

• In January 2013, I achieved the Florida Realtors® certification of Florida Military Specialist. 
• Completed the SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation October 20, 2011.  
• Received e-PRO® certification on August 19, 2008.  
• Received my AA in Executive Secretarial Science in 1978.

Married to Jim since 1983 and have two children.  John lives in Longmont, CO, with his wife Leann.  Johanna (Joey) lives in Woodbridge, VA, with her daughter Katie and husband Nick.  We have three cats - Manny, Buddy, and Monty.  We have lived in the Melbourne area since 1986, after relocating from Merrimack, NH.
